Pros +
- Friendly staff and respond rt away to any complaints.
- Feels safe and comfortable. The staff is so welcoming.
- The property is in a great location, and the staff are exceptionally helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the dining area is truly impressive—both clean and aesthetically pleasing. The food was also very good.
Cons -
- Slow WiFi , dirty bathroom, small rooms
- The water in our washroom (in bidet and toilet) smells.
- The room experience fell short. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor, likely coming from the water. We had to let the faucets run for a while to get rid of the initial smell. The hair dryer wasn’t working, the towels looked worn and could definitely use replacing, and the remote control was noticeably dirty.
